BASIC FACTS

ON THE MANGA

• 3x3 Eyes is a manga series written and illustrated by Yuzo Takada
• It is published by Kodansha in a weekly magazine.
• It has been running for some 10 years already, and quite successful at that.
• Currently, the Dark Horse publication is serializing the manga in English, and will soon release the preceeding stories in a graphic novel format.

ON THE OAV(RELEASED IN JAPAN)

• Bandai Visual released the Original Animation Video in 1991-92 by Bandai Visual. It showed the first part of the story.
• In 1995-96, Seima Densetsu (Legend of the Divine Demon) continued the story in 3 parts.
